Two down... Two to go.... !!!
Weekends, that is!... two down with two to go - in August.... and even those two that are left only have 1 room night available in each of them.... that's what we call busy here at Village Victorian... and it goes on like this right thru foliage... only1 room left on Saturday 9/1.... pretty much open the next weekend, then it's only a room night here and there until October 12-13.... lots of mid-week rooms left which is why they are $20 less than the weekends...:)
Take a look/see if there are any dates that might work for you... we take one nite stays all year long...
August has arrived... !
August is here and we expect it will pass by just as quickly as July... one day it is here... next day the calendar turns and another month is gone... Saturdays are pretty much gone... getting like that for September and October too... things fill up fast when you take one nite stays... :) still plenty of mid-week room nites available... and our mid-week rates are $20 less than the weekends... something positive to think about in these still rough economic times... :) might be good to check our availability calendar while you are shopping around... see if something works for you... and book while you are thinking about it so you won't be disappointed....

Don't be disappointed!
all kinds of folks have been responding to our message that "it's time" to book... we do not remember a time in all our 13 years here at Village Victorian where things are filling up so quickly... don't be disappointed... it really is time to seriously make plans... Saturday nights in July are all full... 65 room nights already reserved in July so far (that's an incredible 42% occupancy and still half the month left to go)... there are only 6 Saturday room nights left in August... 11 in September and 4 during foliage... there is an average of almost 50 room nights booked each month, right thru October... almost 32% occupancy... totally unreal for this time in July...
We really do not want to see our kind of guests be disappointed because they waited to long....
Seriously Summer!
Like it says over on the left side of the page... it's time! Business just keeps booming... has our heads swimming... weekend selections are really dwindling... from now right thru Foliage Season... it's time to make some decisions. Regular season rates are in effect until September 21st - the first day of foliage season when the rates go up $10... go to our guest rooms page to see our availability calendar and book right online... we look forward to hearing from you.
Summertime!
It's official... Spring is gone.... summer has arrived... things really start getting busy now... it's time to get serious about vacation reservations... 35 to 40 room nites are already booked every month right through Foliage Season...
Regular Season rates started June 29th and continue from now until Foliage Season..... the Regular Season rate is only $10 more than Value Season.... very reasonable for this area at this time of the year... check out our rates and availabilty... you can book right online.... looking forward to hearing from you!
Seven Days of Sun!!!
Can you ask for anything more! The weather boys are saying we will have nothin' but sunshine and 80 degrees for the next week... what are we waiting for folks? It doesn't get any better than this in Vermont... be spontaneous... come on up to Vermont! Enjoy the beautiful countryside... incredible weather... and an escape at Village Victorian... maybe even get in a round of golf up at Copley Country Club... I know I will... Ellen let's me out most afternoons between shifts! Gotta love it...
Summer has returned to Vermont!
Ah yes... the rainy skies and chilly temps have left... nothing more beautiful than the sunshine up here in Vermont... hitting 80 today.... yet cools down nicely in the evening... think Golf... we had guests the other night who enjoyed a round up at Copley Country Club right here in Morrisville... or take a 5 minute walk in the woods and see the gorgeous waterfall, only a couple miles from here... a zillion things to do in Vermont... come on up... enjoy the wonderland of the Green Mountains...
Guess I spoke too soon!
About the early summer....! Guess I did speak a little too soon...we are back to a rainy spring type thing... colder temps too... that's just weather up here in Vermont... I'm getting used to it after 28 years in this very special place called Vermont! Just hang in there... it will all change again in another 5 minutes or so....
