AMENITIES:
Rates include the use of the entire house and grounds. There are 4
bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with tub showers on the second floor. Individual
thermostats control the heat for each room.
The entire 3rd floor is a 2 bedroom suite with 1 bathroom. In-room
electric radiators are available to control the warmth of the 3rd floor.
There is a one person Jacuzzi tub and a large stall shower in the
bathroom.... also a dressing table.
There is a hair dryer and night-light in each bathroom.
Kitchen has all the things you will need to prepare and serve any
meals.....(Stove, Refrigerator, Microwave, Toaster, Coffee Maker, Dishes,
Pots, Pans, etc) Please leave the kitchen the way that you found it. Rates
do not include any meals or housekeeping.
You may use the laundry with washer and dryer. There is an ironing board
and iron available. Eco friendly soaps and cleaning products are furnished.
Each room has a CableTV with VCR... some have VCR/DVD player. There is a
large library of videos and DVD's for your use.
All the beds have been made and ready for your use with all linens and
blankets, as well as towels.
You will need to bring your own toiletries.
There is Wi-Fi internet connection throughout the house.
POLICIES:
Check-In: between 4:00 and 6:00 pm; Check-Out: by 11:00 am -
Special arrangements can be made for other check-in times if you notify us
in advance.
Rates include the use of the entire facility.
Rates do not include any meals or
housekeeping. Rates do not include
Vermont State Tax of 9% which is added to the total cost of the reservation.

There is no smoking in the house.
No pets are allowed.
DEPOSITS:
50% prepaid deposit guarantees your reservation and is charged to your
credit card at the time the reservation is made. Balance is due 3 weeks
prior to scheduled arrival and will be charged to your credit card at that
time.
Deposits may be paid by check, Visa, Master Card or American Express.
CANCELLATIONS:
- Any cancellation 6 weeks prior to scheduled arrival will receive a
refund of prepaid deposit, less a $100 processing fee.
- Any cancellation after 6 weeks and before 3 weeks prior to scheduled
arrival will forfeit the 50% prepaid deposit.
- Any cancellation after 3 weeks prior to scheduled arrival will
forfeit cost of stay.
- No refunds for delayed arrivals or early departures.
Please note: The Kitchen has all the things you will need to prepare
and serve any meals.....(Stove, Refrigerator, Microwave, Toaster, Coffee
Maker, Dishes, Pots, Pans, etc). Please leave the kitchen the way that you
found it.
