Amenities:
Stove, Refrigerator, Microwave, Gas Grill, TV, VCR/DVD player, Toaster, Coffee Maker, Dishes, Pots, Pans, linens, towels, games, extra large hammock, horseshoe pits, backyard fire pit.

Check-In: between 2:00 and 3:00 pm; Check-Out: by 10:00 am - Special arrangements can be made for other check-in times if you notify us in advance.

Rates include the use of the entire facility. Rates do not include Vermont State Tax of 9% which is added to the total cost of the reservation

There is no smoking in the cottage.

DEPOSITS:
50% prepaid deposit guarantees your reservation and is charged to your credit card at the time the reservation is made. Balance is due 3 weeks prior to scheduled arrival.

Deposits may be paid by check, Visa, Master Card or American Express.

CANCELLATIONS:

1. Any cancellation 6 weeks prior to scheduled arrival will receive a refund of prepaid deposit, less a $100 processing fee.
2. Any cancellation after 6 weeks and before 3 weeks prior to scheduled arrival will forfeit 50% prepaid deposit.
3. Any cancellation after 3 weeks prior to scheduled arrival will forfeit cost of stay.
4. No refunds for delayed arrivals or early departures.
5. Sorry...we can’t guarantee the weather.
