I was thinking this morning about how complicated we seem to make things.....maybe I shouldn't speak for you but....... I sure do complicate things. Why do you think that is? Why am I always thinking about all the things that could go wrong and quoting Murphys Law instead of quoting what the Lord has clearly said about taking everything that could ever possibly go wrong and how He will then turn it around and make it right even if it does!

Kind of a different way of looking at things. :)

My very first Sales Manager (way back in 1958) tried so hard to build the K.I.S.S. formula into me....com'on Wolff, Keep It Simple....Stupid..... (not sure why I didn't think that was as funny as he did!). Later on in life I discovered that the Lord has said some really neat things about keeping it simple. How about these.....

He..... makes wise the simple.

He..... preserves the simple

He.............gives understanding to the simple.

Somehow, I find that more encouraging to help me work at keeping things simple, than being told I am stupid. :)

So....this morning, I read this in 2 Chronicles 15.......and this thought grabs me like this...."Now, what could be a more simple understanding of how to live my life than this one? I jumped all over it.

"......the LORD is with you when you are with Him. And if you seek Him, He will let you find Him; but if you forsake Him, He will forsake you."

You know what? I made a very simple choice this morning....and said these words to the Lord.

"Today Lord.... I make this decision to be with you every moment of the day....and I know then that you will be with me!

And in everything that comes before me today.... in every decision I need to make.... in every action I take.....I choose to seek you...........and I know then, because of your promise, that I will find you in each of those things.

Lord.....I will never forsake you, so I know beyond any shadow of a doubt, that you will never, ever forsake me either!
