I hope it is obvious by this time, that I am determined to live openly and say what is really happening in my life and not play et's pretend Philip is wonderful every minute of the day! :) I believe it is very important to live openly. I think it is also just as important for me to live accountable to some people ..... people I trust.... that I've asked to speak into that openness at any time ....... I don't want anything to fall thru the cracks. :) You are also welcome to take a shot at it!

We are human beings...... fallen human beings..... we need help. You may have noticed some folks have issues ... (you know... all those other people.... the "issues people" in our lives. ) Not! My biggest problem is me not the other people. What God wants is for me to understand my issues, so I can give them to Him to deal with. In my life it is about His relationship with me.... not all those other folks I am so concerned about!

God uses 5 people in my life to help me with me! One of them is my wife. One of them is Jeff. Jeff and I were talking about this whole area of me being the issue and what it means to be a fallen human being and what all that has to do with Jesus changing me to look like Him. We walked thru some interesting stuff that helped my own understanding after thinking I had already understood it for over 40 years.... :)

I will try to communicate some of that over the next few days.... if things don't get crazy around here again like they have been for the past 10 days. I will give it my best shot. Who knows.... maybe these thoughts will help some of you to understand as well.
