Hmmm... just came up with a new definition of busyness.... it is  "93 Room Nights in July"   ... plus having our daughter Jennifer and family here for 6 weeks.... plus Ellen's sister here with overlapping 6 weeks-es... spell check tells me there is no such word... but you know what I mean!    :)It is not that somehow Philip has run out of  things to say.... just that he has run out of time  and any sense of alertness... so here I am rambling along this morning for at least a moment or two... remembering the days  when we actually hit 60 room nights for the very first time in our busiest foliage ever back in 2001.... I have no place to put 93 in July... can't find any compartment to handle that thought... it is overwhelming... it is just another of our "God things"... for which there is no rational explanation... so we continue to live humbled and thankful for all He does for us...August is beginning to look like more of the same... bookings just keep coming in...then the rest of the family is descending upon us around 8/23 for a week... We are throwing a big party on August 26th to celebrate my Mom's life... actually... she is throwing the party... it was her idea... instead of a traditional Memorial Service... she wanted to pay for a party to "Celebrate Her Life"... after the Lord comes to pick her up... which He did back on May 19th...Still going to try to carve out  some time to write... so much runs thru my head... need to deposit it somewhere...  :)Never got around to finishing up all I wanted to say last time... egads... was it that long ago.... ?It was...:)
