Last time I mentioned...   " Of course…. it isn’t finally over… till it’s finally over …..       "Actually... when most of world thinks... "it's all over"...   it is really  only the beginning...  what we call  life  here on planet earth.... is only preparing us for what God has planned for us from the beginning.... when we step over  into what Philip refers to as  "the other side of eternity".  That is the beginning  of more than we could ever imagine... dream up... fantasize about... and it is not about sitting on clouds... playing harps all day...walking on streets of gold... or living out the great American Dream in our personal palaces...  :)Sorry if I am challenging any old religious  "pie in the sky... in the great by and by"...  but I love to challenge that stuff..  :)Religion always puts God in some kind of a "Box"... we have to keep Him civilized....you know.. .tamed... politically correct... nothing too radical here... part of our desperate need to control everything in our lives... especially God... we control Him by putting Him in our neat and tidy little Boxes... where we have God and life  all figured out... we stuff all our puny doctrines into the box and pack God down nice and tight... and somehow think He can't get out...   :)I am clueless what God is going to do 5 minutes from now... much less a week from next Tuesday... or another hundred years down the pike... and I don't care.... that's not my job here... I'm just thankful to be on the road... where He has placed me... doing what He wants me to do... and then...  when my trip on this side is over... life is really going to begin...Hmmmmm... wonder what I will be doing when I step across  into the rest of eternity...  maybe He will have me innkeeping away..... .just like I am now....:)
