One thing I've noticed... is that the only one in a hurry is me... unless maybe it is you too... but it seems to me that God doesn't ever  seem to be in a hurry... to do anything... now... how come do you suppose that is...?... Philip says, "hurry up"... and God says, "wait"... how come is that?

God says to "go into all the world"... then He follows that with... "but wait until..."   We are really good at all our "getting up and  going".... but very poor at "waiting until..."  We desperately need to learn to wait... waiting is where we go thru the death process... where He brings us thru the cross... it is during that waiting process... that is where all of Philip's "get up and go"... done did  "got up and went" ...  and it really... really... needs to..... it needs to "got up and went"

All those great things I want to accomplish... all my great ideas... all my plans...  my ambition to do things for God... all of them have to die... right along with all my gifts... all my talents... all my abilities... they all need to die... and they do die... during that waiting  process....

God wants to get us all to the place... where we will actually let Him do whatever it is He wants to do... and be perfectly content with... whatever that is... or is not......

...when we have waited long enough.. it no longer matters to us....
