Rates are per room based on double
occupancy and include full breakfast.
Rates do
not include Vermont Rooms and Meals tax which will be added.
One night deposit (plus tax)
guarantees all reservations except specials. 50% deposit required for all
discounted stays and special packages. All deposits are charged to credit
card at time of reservation.
Deposit is refundable if
reservation is canceled a minimum of 15 days (30 days during foliage/holiday
season) prior to scheduled arrival. $25 processing fee for
administrative costs will be deducted from refund.
Prepaid deposit is forfeited on
cancellations after the minimum period. Payment of any balance is due on
arrival. No refunds for delayed arrivals or early departures.
Deposits may be paid by check, Visa,
MasterCard or American Express.
All payments on premises may be paid
by cash, travelers check, Visa, MasterCard or American Express. No Personal
checks please.
The Village Victorian Bed and
Breakfast offers a wireless (wi-fi) Internet connection as a courtesy to all
guests. We feature a 1.0Mb connection that is available throughout the house.
The connection supports Macintosh, Windows, and Linux laptop computers. Palm
and PocketPC wireless handhelds are supported as well. We feature a 802.11g
and b compatible network using 128 WEP wireless encryption. Guests are asked
to set up their own connections when they arrive. The connection is not
guaranteed to work for every guest. Upon request, specific instructions will
be provided when guests arrive.
