Policies
We have kept our rates deliberately affordable.
Rates: Rates are per room based on single or double occupancy with or without breakfast.
Deposit: 50% prepaid deposit guarantees all reservations made at least 8 days prior to arrival. 100% prepaid deposit for arrivals in 7 days or less. All deposits are charged to credit card at time of reservation. Any balance is due on arrival.
Cancellation Policy: Rescheduling and any changes to arrival and departure dates are treated as cancellations and a new reservation. Deposit is refundable if reservation is canceled or changed a minimum of 15 days (30 days during foliage/holiday season) prior to scheduled arrival. $25 processing fee for administrative costs will be deducted from refund.
Prepaid deposit is forfeited on cancellations or changes after the minimum period of 15 days. Any cancellation or changes within 7 days of your arrival date will require full payment of any balance still due on your reservation. Balance will be charged on date of cancellation. No refunds for delayed arrivals or early departures.
Payment: Deposits may be paid by Visa, MasterCard or American Express.
All payments on premises may be paid by cash, travelers check, Visa, MasterCard or American Express. No Personal checks please.
Check In: Rooms are available for check-in between 4:00 P.M. and 6:00 P.M. Call to arrange for earlier or late arrivals.
Check Out: Check-out time is 11:00 A.M.
